Product use
Sentiqra provides structured semantic signals for human and automated workflows. Customers remain responsible for the policies, reviews, models, decisions, and actions built around those signals.
A Sentiqra analysis indicates a match to a documented taxonomy signal. It does not, by itself, establish:
- the truth or falsity of a claim
- the occurrence of an external event
- source or media authenticity
- account or network coordination
- the appropriateness of a downstream action
Sentiqra is not a substitute for professional, editorial, security, financial, legal, or other domain-specific judgment where such judgment is required.
Benchmarks & performance
Published performance figures are based on the benchmark methodology and test conditions stated alongside the relevant result. Unless explicitly identified otherwise, benchmarks are based on internal Sentiqra testing.
Results may vary based on factors including:
- customer data
- language
- taxonomy and detection configuration
- deployment environment
- traffic patterns
- threshold settings
- use case
Benchmark performance does not guarantee equivalent performance on customer data or the quality of downstream decisions. Latency figures apply only to the documented benchmark environment and conditions.
Third-party comparisons
References to third-party products, pricing, features, policies, and capabilities are based on publicly available information as of the stated publication or evaluation date. Third-party products and policies may change after publication.
Comparisons are intended to illustrate architectural or commercial differences and should not be treated as warranties about third-party services. All third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
Data handling
Customer inputs are not used to train Sentiqra's shared detection models.
Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable contractual terms, including Sentiqra's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreement.
Data-processing location and residency options vary by plan and deployment configuration; see the Trust Center for current residency status.
Legal & regulatory use
Sentiqra does not provide legal advice. Use of Sentiqra does not, by itself, establish compliance with any law, regulation, industry standard, or governance framework.
The applicability of requirements such as privacy, AI governance, platform regulation, financial regulation, security obligations, or human-review requirements depends on the customer's use case, jurisdiction, and deployment context.
Customers are responsible for determining the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to their use of the service.
