Use this page to report harmful content, Terms-of-Service violations, or misuse of the Sentiqra API. We review every report.

Found a security vulnerability instead? Report it through coordinated disclosure on the Report a Security Issue page - not here.

What to report

  • Use of Sentiqra to facilitate illegal content, fraud, or harm
  • Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Misuse of the API (credential abuse, evasion, reselling)
  • Content on Sentiqra-operated properties that violates our policies

How to report

Email abuse@sentiqra.tech with:

  • A description of the abuse and where you encountered it
  • Relevant URLs, account identifiers, or API-key prefixes
  • Timestamps and any supporting evidence

Please do not send API keys, passwords, or other secrets - a key prefix identifies the credential. Quote only the minimum text needed to show the abuse; do not forward full bodies of sensitive third-party content.

Response time

We review abuse reports within 3 business days. Reports involving imminent harm or illegal content are prioritized. You will receive an acknowledgment; whether we share outcome details depends on the nature of the report and applicable privacy constraints.

What happens next

Verified violations are handled under the enforcement process in the Acceptable Use Policy - warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity.
